Daddy Booregard is from the 1968 Kooky Spooky Hasbro line which was a ghost family of finger puppets. He once had a clock with a chain attached to it, which is now missing. The small hole isn't his ghost belly button, it's where the clock attached to him. For an old ghost, he is in good shape but if you are looking for a mint, never played with item, this one isn't for you. The paint for his mask is still pretty intact and there is still some blush to his cheeks, A few wear marks , a pin size hole on top of his head, a nick on top of his nose a blimish on his forehead discoloration and signs of wear, but HE STILL GLOWS IN THE DARK.
