    Description

    Six tintypes and one CDV all found in identical paper frames, some two sided, most not. This is from the collection of a civil war vet named Harper, who lived in Iowa and kept photos of neighbors, friends, and other vets from the 8th Iowa Volunteer Infantry. Not all of these individuals are identified,but some are: Jacob Roth, Hannah Eicher, Mag Eicher, Charley Myer, John Gathercale ( that last name is little faded, may not have it correctly spelled ). Hannah Eicher is the CDV, it has photo signature Kracaw's  from Washington Iowa. Others do not have photographer marks. Everything in very good condition, some wear, nothing very serious.
